difference between roles

It is unclear to me what the difference is between the roles: member, trusted member and moderator. E.g. can a message posted by a member be reviewed by someone in the role of moderator and approved before other members can see the post.

Hi,
The built in user groups can be explained this way:
  • Registered users: Post threads and messages.
  • Trusted users: Same as registered users, plus access (read, write) threads and forums reserved for them.
  • Moderators: Can do everything, except change the website layout, manage the search engine and manage content pages (like about and privacy pages).
  • Admin: reserved for website owners and trusted mods. Should be the same users that access the server. Can do everything.
We don't have a functionality to review before publish...

Kind Regards,
Jorge

Thanks for the explanation.

I have a further question about flagging and linking
I assume flagging can be used by a user if he or she thinks a moderator should have a look at the post for what ever reason.
Linking is not clear to me.

Hi,
"Link" button is used to provide the full url of the message for the user to share or copy.
For example, in most browsers if you right click on the "Link" button the menu will show you "Copy link url" or something like that...

Kind Regards,
Jorge
